Disney World....Rest of Day 1

After getting all checked into our room, we had a bite to eat at our resort then quickly headed to Magic Kingdom! We spent the evening there exploring Adventure Land and eating at Liberty Tree Tavern. When we finished eating it was raining so we decided to make a beeline for the Country Bears show just a few buildings down. After that we headed back to our resort for much needed sleep!!

On the bus on the way to Magic Kingdom!!!

Of course everyone has to have their pic in front of the flower Mickey!! This is right at the entrance of MK!
As you come into MK you are on Main Street which is lined with shops. We spent a lil time exploring through those and the kids had a blast with these hats!
Silly Girl!!

Braden and Daddy catching a game of checkers outside the hat shop while waiting for our Mickey ears to be monogrammed.
The streets of MK are literally made to look like real streets. There were "doors" like this tucked in between lots of the shops.

She finally saw the castle!!!

We just happened upon the Dream Along with Mickey show in front of the castle. This was our first look at the characters!!

Our first character signing!!

Rafiki from The Lion King

Following the path to Swiss Family Robinson's Treehouse. Can you believe Dale has never seen this movie!!
Their first ride! The Magic Carpets of Aladdin! The camel was spitting on them about right then!!!
The elephants on the jungle cruise

Captain Hook and Mr. Smee

This was the balcony leading to the restroom at the Liberty Tree Tavern

He was exhausted!!!! 4:30 was a long time ago!!
Country Bear Jamboree We LOVED it and it brought back many memories for me to our trip when I was a kid.

When we arrived back to our resort we found that Cinderella had left Kaylee a dress made special by the Fairy Godmother for her to wear to her castle in a few days!
Well that was the end of day 1!! It was great, but very exhausting!! I will post more later!!
