Day 4....Hollywood Studios

Hollywood Studios was on the agenda for day 4. We loved this park so much we ended up going again another day. However, when we went on day 4, we were all exhausted and it was VERY hot and humid. Despite that, we enjoyed it! We started the day with breakfast at Playhouse Disney's Play 'n Dine at Hollywood & Vine Restaurant, then we immediately went to ride the 3D Toy Story Mania ride. This ended up being one of our most favorite rides that I think we rode about 4 or 5 times. You have on 3D glasses and shoot at targets and it keeps a score....Dale and I got a lil competitive, but in the end we played girls against boys and yes, the girls won!! We had lunch at the 50's Prime Time Cafe. This is based in the 50's and is setup just like you were going to Grandma's for lunch. Your waitress is your Aunt, the busboy is your annoying brother, your cousins are there....the whole works. We were very tired and not really that hungry because we had just had a huge breakfast just a few hours before, but went anyway. When you don't eat all of your food they make a big deal about it and she did the choo-choo train thing w/ both Braden and I and then even brought him a special dessert! You will have to look at the pics below to see! We enjoyed a few shows that afternoon...Beauty and the Beast, the stunt show, High School Musical 3 Pep Rally, and the Block Party Bash parade. We have lots of pics of those but did not think you would want to see those. We then had dinner the the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant. Here you sit in an old car and watch a movie just like a drive-in. It was very cool and the kids thought they were so special because we let them sit in the front! After dinner we got on a bus and headed over to catch the SpectroMagic light parade and fireworks show at Magic Kingdom. Joey and Christi Crow (a couple I graduated high school with) and their kids and Christi's parents were in Disney at the same time as us, so we hooked up with them that evening for the parade and fireworks show. All the kids hit it off great! And we enjoyed visiting with Joey, Christi, Brenda and Joe too! It was great to see them and I will tell more about our visit w/ them later!
Waiting outside the restaurant for breakfast
When we came back to our table from the buffet, we found JoJo sitting there!!
And she had to have a pic w/ Mommy
June, from Lil Einstein's
Goliath
Goliath kept trying to steal their food!
The characters at this breakfast were great and there were only about 8 families in there so we got lots of attention!
Leo loved Braden's hair!! He even put in his autograph book, "You have cool hair! Love, Leo".
Waiting in line for the Toy Story ride. The decor was so cool! It looked just like the toys in Andy's room!
Mr. Potato Head really talked!
The theme complete w/ the Army men from the movie!
They even had different things from the movie where you waited in line to meet Woody and Buzz. He is such a nut!
Ahhhhh!! She is packed in a suitcase!!
Braden was very excited to get to finally see Woody. Although he was a lil disappointed that Jessie was not there.
Sulley was hilarious!
They enjoyed seeing the Cars, but were getting in a lil picture taking slump!
Snow in Florida in July!?!?
Waiting for lunch at 50's Prime Time Cafe. We are very tired right now!
The theme of this rest. is very much family style. And since Braden did not eat his food our "Aunt" fed it to him!! Then....
she brought it back to him for dessert!! (His nuggets w/ cool whip on top!) And he loved them! Go figure!!
Our table for dinner at the Sci-Fi Dine In Theater
Back at MK for the fireworks show. Jolea really took to Dale and he enjoyed playing w/ a lil girl again! She re-named him Elle!!
Their bed surprise from housekeeping!
They even put their balloons in the window for all to see!
